Brice Wiggins

Prior to 2011, Brice spent seven years as an Assistant District Attorney for Jackson, George and Greene Counties advocating for victims and prosecuting all manner of felony crimes: murder, armed robbery, offenses against children, burglary, arson, narcotics, etc. Brice’s career prior to joining the D.A.’s office saw him spend one year as prosecutor at the Jackson County Youth Court and three years as an associate attorney practicing insurance defense at Colingo, Williams, Heidelberg, Steinberger & McIlheney, P.A.

Proudly and humbly, Wiggins Law, PLLC. started with just Brice in one room and steadily grew to handling cases throughout South Mississippi. Brice has continuously given back to his profession having served as President and Treasurer of the Jackson County Bar Association, President of the Jackson County Young Lawyers Association, as well as participating in the Mississippi Bar Association’s Attorney in Every Classroom and Mock Trial program serving as an attorney-coach. In the Mock Trial program, Brice has coached students from Resurrection Catholic High School, Vancleave High School and Pascagoula High School.

Brice spent many years involved in youth soccer in Jackson County and along the Coast, with stints as President of Singing River Soccer Club, coach of multiple youth teams and, along with former District Attorney Tony Lawrence, coach of Resurrection Catholic High School girls and boys soccer teams. Brice is married to Heather Wiggins, a graduate of Millsaps College’s MBA program, and they have two high school children, Landon and Grace. They attend Eastlawn United Methodist Church. Brice is a graduate of Tulane University and Mississippi College School of Law.
